Red Alert 2 to Red Alert Mod?

Sorry if I'm asking in the wrong place, but I've seen the odd picture of a conversion of RA2 to RA and was wondering what the mod(s?) is called or if it was in fact completed.

ICFRA (It came from Red Alert!), was the name of the mod.

Thanks ... shame its for Yuri, I never could get ahold of the expansion.

TBH there arnt many (if any) current in-development RA2 mods as YR simply has better and more useful logics to use.

There is certainly no RA2->RA1 mod I know of.
