When i was out drinking once, there was this party in one of the local bars, G33k Night! Guess how many where Portal or Fallout 3 characters? Yea, high percent of that where girls too! :O

R-R-Rr-Rondo.(Rondo is a Mix of Fiberglass resin and bondo body filler.)

So would I...hey wait a second...

In the future I am going to have to redo the whole chest, or at least the front part, I really F'ed it up: Before I fiberglassed it, I didn't put any support's in it so it warped to hell and back. I put support's in after the initial fiberglassing but it would have been way better if I put in support struts beforehand.

So remember kids: ALWAYS make sure you're doing it right, otherwise you're doing it wrong.

Also, Got resupplied at HomeDepot, Got some Bondo(Heh, the 22$ gallon) Some Fiberglass resin(The 15$ I think it's a quart(Gawdang that stuff is expensive) A sanding float(?)(It's a handle with a flat square underneath it) and 80grit sandpaper. It ended up being around 50$, thank god for the 25$ gift card.

TBH, the chest is kind of depressing me, the fact that it's so wrong in some places due to warping is really discouraging, I spent around 16 hour's(Majority of it over 3 day's) cutting it out and putting together. But it's not that bad, got the rest of the suit to make awesome so you wont be able to see my mistake's lol.

Awesome sauce, though, the shininess of the helmet makes the pieces not blend well enough together, and the belly-area's pieces....their original material is still showing, lol. Oh, and, this oughta be a real slim T45-D xD

I just noticed something, maybe I found out why the West Coast BoS ACTUALLY used the lesser power suits...because they look cooler, in regards to the torso/upper parts I mean :V

Are you able to make molds with this stuff? If so, what are you using to repel the rondo from the sides of the molds?

Unfortunately, I'm stuck at school right now, which means I can't do a ztyping thing, like test it out for myself.

no molds, just using it to reinforce the the resin-ed paper parts.

Wasn't able to walk around too long, it weighed a ton.

This was just the test fitting, and the right thigh dose not like to behave(It keeps rotating inward) but I fixed it with some foam.

There are more pics I just have too go get them eventually.
