Does anybody know what the flag ExtraDamageStages= in Rules.ini does, if anything at all?

A search on ModEnc yielded no results.

where did you find that at? Cause I cant find it in my TS Rules nor RA2 Rules. But if it is a tag, I would guess it does exactly what it says, it gives a building extra damage frames. But I've never seen this tag so i could be wrong.

I don't know... I found it among the tags under "Combat And Damage Rules" in TibEd. It's possible that it's not a real tag (i don't have time to test it myself ATM either).

Edit: I'm also curious as to what the Special Weapon type "Firestorm" does.

Re-Edit: Really? Did I write that? Total fail. Rolling Eyes I've been playing too much RA2.

The key, ExtraDamageStages does not do anything.

Oh god. Never use TibEd.
1. TibEd is no reliable source and/or tool for anything
2. ExtraDamageStages doesn't exist. A key ExtraDamageStage exist, but this is an art.ini and no rules.ini key.
ExtraDamageStage=false simply tells the game to use only 2 frames (normal, damage) instead of 3 frames (normal, damage1, damage2; damage2 is unused) for a building. e.g. all civil buildings use this as they have only 2 frames.
