So, 3dsmax is lately screwing me regarding modding progress, sadly.

Tho I still want to do something, so I got inspired by the pic here:

http://alina_stefanescu.typepad.com/romania_revealed/2009/03/ceasescus-systematization-plans-for-bucharest.html

...and want to model the following zone...

...with the next ideas:

-Red - obvious replacement with Office Buildings.
-Blue - continuing with that office building.
-Green - new green zones, duh.
-Gray - roads.

If you guys have any other stuff you'd like to see replaced, then speak.

Note: The zone is Piata Victoriei in Bucharest. The concept was drawn in 1959.

I want a water fountain shaped like a gigantic goatse in the center square, a big red-tinted gush of water from the center will be filled with pennies or whatever you godless Europeans use these days. Maybe a big T-34 victory monument across from it.

Hell, a statue of an erect dong somewhere too would be appropriate. Actually, no, that is disgusting. Put a statue of Michael Cain somewhere. That man is a gift from God and deserves adoration.

I wonder why this doesn't surprise me at all, Carno?

The problem is not something you can fix: Its the crop thing which is screwing me. I order it to make me a 48x48 size render, it modifies it shape in order to be 48x48, yet it renders 48x49 or other with other shit like that.

Plus, it has been acting buggy for me lately.

The other thing is that I have to cleanup my desktop, as well as I might replace my laptop this winter, tho I can't promise anything at all.

So what exactly is this thread for? You want to model those buildings and roads, but can't?

@Carno

I have for the past 5 years Neutral
