Civilian Buildings in Maps...

Is there any way to make so when i place a building in FinalSun that ingame it will already be damaged? There must be a way as i've seen it before im just not sure how. (If you could tell me before the Open Map Comp ends that would be great Wink

You double click on it, and there should be a damage (or something like that) slider.
