It's alright for some. We English don't celebrate Thanksgiving.

I was just reading about Thanksgiving...

Is it true that the President hands out a Presidential Pardon to a Turkey?
Seriously, Turkey Pardoning is the strangest tradition I've ever heard of.

Enjoy yourselves, Americans.

Had a nice thanksgiving in October here (not US), quite enjoyable.
Nice dinner... followed by days of Turkey sandwiches XP
Anyways, Happy thanksgiving to those having it now.

Its kinda a humorous thing to pardon the turkey, its like they are gonna give it an execution, and it gets pardoned. And then they kill it anyways!

lol, I've never heard of such a thing. Maybe it was done once as a joke or something, but as far as it being an american tradition, I think I would have heard about it. But then again I dont follow our government to often as they suck ass anyway. Bunch of bullshittin liars!

Don't worry, the TSA will molest that turkey and give it a full body scan because it is a potential aggressor toward freedom.
