ModDB Mod of the Year 2010

It's the time of the year again that ModDB has its annual voting competition for the best mod of the year. As we have quite a lot mods here at PPM, we put up a list here with links to their respective ModDB pages.
Remember, you can vote for as many mods as you wish, so get out and start voting!

Tiberian Sun (and FS):
-Return of the Dawn: brings back the old TD gameplay to TS!
-The Dawn of the Tiberium Age: also brings back the old TD gameplay, but also includes the old graphics!
-Tiberian Oddysey: the Second Tiberium War was only the beginning!
-TS:AE: an asset expansion for Tiberian Sun!
-Twisted Insurrection: the Second Tiberium War has started, but not as you know it!

Red Alert 2 (and YR):
- Eternal Armageddon: The Devastation: TC bringing 7 new factions.

Generals (and ZH):
-Frontline Chaos: a TC mod bringing a new story and 2 new sides!
-Invasion Confirmed: brings all the RA sides into 1 happy mix!

Tiberium Wars:
-Tiberium Essence: C&C3 with a twist!

Special mention (non-PPM):
-C&C3 The Forgotten: brings a complete new faction, story and FMV to C&C3!
-Minecraft: a personal favourite, as it deserves to be the best Indie game of 2010 #Tongue

-Renegade-X: a remake of Renegade in the UT3 engine!

If your mod hosted at PPM, has a ModDB page, but isn't listed here, post a reply, and it will be added Wink

This is especially for the RA2 mods, as I can't find any atm.

hmmm, gonna be hard to choose which one to vote for. Most of these are pretty good. But I think I know which one to cast my vote on.

This is round 1, which is just there to determine the Top 100 in each category. You can vote for as many mods as you want, the number of votes is not limited.

For example, I've voted for 6 or 7 mods so far Wink

Added TS: AE. As for the other mods: this list is for PPM mods. I only added Renegade-X as it's very promising, The Forgotten as it had a release, and Minecraft for fun #Tongue

Of course, when Banshee decides that non-PPM mods must be allowed too, I'll add them too Wink

Also, Cranium, remember you can vote for all the mods you like, and not just one Wink

I'm sorry guys, but in the second stage of ModDB Mod of the Year 2010, PPM will only promote votes to Tiberium Essence and Twisted Insurrection, which are the mods we host here that made up to the Top 100.

-> Vote for Twisted Insurrection
-> Vote for Tiberium Essence

Getting our mods in the public top 10 is very important to improve the popularity of our mods, as well as a recognition for the high quality mods that we generate here.

PPM is really strict about their "we don't support anything but ourselves"-policy

Hey, dont feel bad men, there's hundreds of other mods that didnt make it any futher than yours did. and just cause they werent nominated or made it to the second round dosent mean they arent good mods Wink

Not that much strict. I'm just saying that, in the next news posts (mainly in the first post of the topic) we'll only promote votes for our hosted mods. If you decide to promote your mod in a reply, nobody will bother or provide any restriction for it.
