My mod has no name... yet!

Here what it's all about:
The soviets will take over the allies, capture their technology and mixed with their own Shocked . The units will be made... Cool The soviet union will take over almost the whole World for a few years... But a country will be able to stop this Very Happy . This country has a name, "Noxoria". So, with the new technology this country has developed, Noxoria is able to destroy the soviets, bring the allies back and make peace in the whole World.

Sounds slightly imbalaced, seeing as the soviets might get prism technology and they have heavy armor...

Soviets WILL have prism technology, chrono technology and heavy armor. But Noxoria will have stealth technology + weather technology + the special weapons of the Allies...
I think it's not imbalanced...
