That's up to modders to decide.. some might want to use it in original YR scale, maybe others would like to have it in different size - full-quality rip is most wanted in such case.

The firing frames don't look nearly dramatic enough IMO, seems like a slow reaction.

That's because the animation depicts a single shot being fired.

Now if only they included prone frames. Damn.

By the way you can resize it using shp builder =)

That's because there are 15 frames or so per facing for the firing animation, and only about 4 of them depict any meaningful motion.
