The flora spam bothers me, it's not even connected into clusters.

Too many 'normal' trees when there's Tiberiumized flora everywhere...

Yeah, where you think the flora comes from? Materializes from thin air? Rolling Eyes
The map is in a stage where the infestation is half-way through; trees are mutating and dying.
But the forests won't just magically disappear, they die and rot away...

The problem isn't the materialising from thin air, it's the materialising from perfectly normal trees.
Most of the Tiberium-related artwork I've seen relating to TD especially showed intermediate states between mutated and unmutated.

Not that it's a big problem. The map looks alright.

Looks fine to me, I'm liking it (except the map could be more interesting in layout #Tongue). Love the violet lighting.

Good stuff! Reminds of combat triangle slightly with the tournament-esk style

The cliffs are extremely confusing... but otherwise nice work.

The only explanation I can assume is Nod cluster bombed it with Tiberium.

Tiberium is a creeper. It does not suddenly go poof 10 meters away and poof 50 meters away while leaving the trees in between uninfected.

...well I foresee you might state wind blowing Tiberium shards or particles, so I'll leave it at that.

Or perhaps trees inbetween are infected, hense they're dead, but it takes longer for those trees to mutate? Or maybe some species simply die rather than change.
