Game Crash

I've been getting this error repeatedly, so I thought I'd post it. I got it while playing Essence. I will be network playing when I get it, and the other players don't get it. Only me.

Any idea?

D3DERR_OUTOFVIDEOMEMORY give a clue. It seems it doesn't have enough memory at some times, and just crashes. How much RAM do you have?

What videocard do you have? It's clearly not the normal RAM, but the RAM on your graphics card.

Its not the graphics memory. It is a bug elsewhere but without debug info the stack trace tells us nothing #Tongue

Mostly happens with weired spawning or shader/model lod settings

so I'm assuming I should drop my shader detail by one? (some of the essence maps have shader issues.)

okay, shader details didn't work. This is kinda annoying. :/

changing shader/model detail level didn't work. any more help? is there anything similar to an except.txt for C&C3? I'm sorry, but C&C3 is new territory for me when it comes to anything other than playing it.
