Why won't my spectre gunship burst=5, it burst=2. I'm using tanya to the airstrike.

On the first problem, I am not sure, but try changing Ammo to 5 on SPECTRE and/or change SpectreGun's ROF to something lower, like 10, and see if it will fire more.

About the second problem, its becuse your warhead [SA] already damage buildings, so secondary weapon wont be used. Edit SA warhead and make it 0% vs buildings. If that dont work, set Flare weapon as primary.
