It works with NPatch And Rockpatch... So whats ares missile codes? Or they haven't put it. Well here's V3's code

MissileTiltFrames=60       ; How many frames it takes for this rocket to tilt to firing position
MissilePitchInitial=0.21    ; Starting pitch of the rocket before tilting up (0=horizontal,1=vertical)
MissilePitchFinal=0.5       ; Ending pitch of the rocket after tilting up; now it fires
MissileTurnRate=0.05      ; Pitch maneuverability of rocket in air.  Adjust by trial and error.
MissileRaiseRate=1         ; GEF How much the missile will raise each turn on the launcher (for Cruise Missile only)
MissileAcceleration=0.4   ; This much is added to the rocket's velocity each frame during launch
MissileAltitude=768         ; Cruising altitude in leptons: at this height rocket BEGINS leveling off
MissileDamage=             ; Exploding this rocket does this much damage (at center of explosion, presumably).
MissileEliteDamage=       ; Exploding this rocket does this much damage (at center of explosion, presumably).
MissileBodyLength=256   ; The body of the rocket is this many leptons long
MissileLazyCurve=yes     ; The rocket's path is a big, lazy curve.  V3 yes.  DMisl no.

MissileEliteWarhead=      ; this is the warhead on the Missile when the launcher is elite

Nope, custom missile types aren't in Ares yet.

Hopefully we get this implanted into 0.3. Nothinng is planned, but since this is wanted by the community, the chances are big.

Playing devil's advocate: The community doesn't seem to care enough to make an effort of its own in getting Ares out the door, so whether 0.3 is anything is pretty much up to the community.

...That's not what I meant. What I mean is that at least a few people should get onboard and help properly publicise/bugtest/support Ares.

Both 0.1 and 0.2 have very big feature lists(in road map), thats why they are taking so long. Once 0.2 is done, the feature lists will be much smaller and everything will go smoother, making Ares release more frequceny.
