I don't really see what it's doing, tbh... besides giving a red glow. What does "ECM" mean anyway?

Electronic countermeasures. They're basically used to troll detection systems, not disable electronics like in ZH #Tongue

This is a weapon. Currently it needs you keep pressing D to fire. However in the future a new system will be introduced.
