The third place of Open Map Competition is Aurora196 with the map In The Line Of Fire. The map has cool triggers, a nice layout, a good gameplay, but trully lacks on the Eye Candy category. This map has beaten Wes.com and Dad A Tude for a half a point, thanks to a trigger that made 2 trucks unload at an old refinery. It's even funnier to see that one of the judges said that this wouldnt make a difference in their comments. Such a trigger gave it 3 positions and a place in the podium, but the map is cool, but not as cool as many would expect. Anyway, congratulations to Aurora196 for the third place with a map submitted on February. Check it out yourself:

I also think that it's too undetailed, but I got too excited about the Mapping Contest that I send it in way too soon.
I'm very lucky that I'm 3rd, but next time I'll add more detail to the next map and make a better map then this map...

(By the way I was thinking of deleting the trigger when I wanted to send it. Laughing

)

ok, banshee, you asked for it :] I used a translator i found on google (hence the bad "quality"). It goes something like this:
