Doesn't work. You have to make it a one-cell stealth generator.

Just add this to your structure. Wink

Code:
CloakGenerator=yes
CloakRadiusInCells=1
CloakingSpeed=1 ; whatever you want

dodgevipergts, did you thought about using Ares? It fixes a lot of bugs in YR and also seems to correct the cloaking stuff. I use some cloaked buildings by just setting cloakable=yes and it works well.

OMG! Ares got that? I didn't knew it until you said it.

An Ares expert can probably say some more, but that's what I can say for sure:

I tested cloaked buildings and they work. You cannot force attack them with your own units. This might be a bug or maybe it is an intended behaviour. But your opponent can force attack them. I do not know if sensors work, but if you want to, I can try it out.

In my mod, mines are cloaked buildings. Without Ares, I had to give them veteran status and add "cloakable" to the veteran abilities. With the use of Ares, I don't longer need to.

About this force-firing. You can see your cloaked units, and you can't force-fire on cloaked units. But your opponent only sees the terrain, that's why he/she can force-fire. If your opponent has sensors, then he/she sees the units and he can't force-fire on them, neither.
