(1) put an Engineer in it
(2) I think your referring to the Paradrop, if so, adjust the RechargeTime= on the SW Code located at bottom of rulesmd, the lower the number, the faster it recharges.

I did so I can build it but, it doesn't gives funds if i try put engineer into it, it's already mine it has like "Repair" Icon (if needed)

add these to the CAOILD code

ProduceCashStartup=1000 ; credits when captured from the Neutral house
ProduceCashAmount=20 ; Amount every Delay
ProduceCashDelay=100 ; Frame delay between Amounts

you can adjust them to fit your needs.

Uhh what?

ProduceCashStartup is the cash boost given when captured for the first time.
ProduceCashAmount is the amount of cash given every so-many-frames defined by ProduceCashDelay.

still tinkering with those numbers, haven't done much the rules for a bit. I have to do some re figuring......Do you think those numbers are too high or low??

If he is looking for buildable then mine work, you can steal cash from mine and the AI builds them. And it needed the storage part because if memory serves me correctly i got no cash from it or it couldn't be stolen, one or the other or both...

Too high, those numbers almost guarantee non-stop building without going broke. Makes the game senseless and hard to win if people can just keep on building. Some people like that, but not me.

Mine costs $2000 with these tags

ProduceCashDelay=55

It works pretty well imo, does the job enough to be worth building in the long term, but it does not pay for itself right away either.
