something I thought I would share. Using a template I am making for 3D Max to create new terrain. some angled sidewalk pieces, though I need fix the scale of each block.

Dpn't worry about the screwed up image around the circle, that will not effect anything. The Template is a multi layer and that piece shows through.

It is 26 by 26. The reason for such a big piece is because of my road terrain templates. I made them big because it ensures all roads, intersections and bends line up properly. If I made this template smaller it could throw off the alignment of other pieces. The way I am doing it might seem a bit weird, but it works. I am hoping to finish up my work as soon as I can so other people that had 3d max will be able to create their own roads.

well i think what throws you off is whats around the circle. it kinda draws your eye to it. i'll have to show a in game pic if I can get the uvw mapping right for the sidewalk
