I have recently come across a sprite sheet of the Predator online and used Pivot 3.0 to convert the png to animated gif. Now i dont have a Die sequence yet. But i figured it can just blow up, like the movie (nuclear reactor style). Anyways, I have never converted a gif to shp. I will include the sprite sheet in Png, and my gif maybe someone can create an awesome die scene (im not a very good artist, but i did add a fire sequence in all directions Razz ) . Can anybody show me the best way to accomplish this? Thanx in advance.

That sprite sheet isn't in isometric perspective. It's not going to look good ingame.

hmm i figured it would be pretty small, but i do see ur point. When I checked out the shps, i saw that the animation was about the same. Still its the only Predator Sprite Sheet that has the Predator walking in 8 directions (though it is pretty flat) still any help is appreicated. Thx m7 Razz

Thats one goofy looking Predator dude. Looks more like a CaveMan that had a boulder drop on his head.

Other than that, theres really nothing you can do except cut out each frame one by one and at the same size. If your just one pixel off it will show. Hence the bouncyness of your gif there. It's a lomg tidious process but can be done right if you take your time.

thx Cranium, to be honest with you i can draw very well, on paper..I downloaded blender and it just looks confusing. I cant even seem to get shp builder to create a shp from gif. i load the gif and get 1 frame. so i renamed the bmp files 0-187 (for a zombie on another post earlier today) and im completely lost. i load the 1st file in shp, then i load the 2nd, but i cant get it to link up. do i have to do that 188 times to complete a sequence?
