I'd actually make an attempt at it, but all that hair and fur would kill my cpu during rendering. Meaning something like that would take an hr to render each frame. So I think I'll pass on it.

Use a fur texture and use bump maps. You don't have to use the fur modifier, anyway it ain't working with DonutArnold's template.

I've been digging thru the RA3 stuff last couple of weeks and I havent seen anything pertaining to this MammothTank. Maybe they never introduced it into the actual game. I dont see it in the ModSDK either.

Well, I opened up the model this evening. It's a bit different than the concept art image, actually it's alot different. But I'm not prepared to alter it to look similar to the concept image. It is what it is. So I hope you like the model from ModSDK Download area.

Keep in mind that this is going to be for the whole community and will be created as an infantry type in order to use a sequence. "it has a walk, run, die, and firing anim"Meaning this big thing is going to come out of your Barracks Laughing

Unless you guys want it as a vehicle type with only a walk anim and a firing anim, No seperate Turret.

say wut? you mean make it a vxl? Na, I wouldnt be able to animate it. Well I could, but I'd have to make it all seperate pieces like the MKII, then I'd have to animate it in hva builder, which would take me a few months to finish Laughing and then he'd still walk funny. So, No, it will not be a vxl, sorry. Only reason I'm doing this is because it's already animated and ready to go.

When you just take the Mumakil and give it a gun, that's what you get.
A revamp of the tusks and a recolour of the skin would really be all it needs though, imo.

Here's updated cannons. Max9 is wierd to me, so I'm slowly puting stuff together enough to use max10 for finals. Actually all I need to do now is update the textures and I can start rendering all the anims and facings. Smile

The belts that hold the cannon, maybe some bits on the cannon. Definitely not a full-remap on head armor.
