Subject description: is it possible?

i've got this Anims Pack full of quality animations but some of them need custom palettes how do i add these in?

Need either NPatch or currently-in-development version/eventual v.0.2 of Ares for that.

In NPatch you just add Palette=mypalette.pal (where mypalette.pal is your palette file, note that you need the .pal extension as well) to the artmd.ini entry of the animation in question. Does not support projectile images with custom palettes.

It's same for Ares as well, except instead of Palette= you use CustomPalette=. Unlike NPatch, supports custom paletted projectile images provided they are declared in [Animations] list in rulesmd.ini.

Funny, YR Modder pointed out that custompaletted projectiles works exactly in Ares like in NPatch, they have to be included in the animation list. #Tongue
