Yep, EA didn't extract the sounds from RA2 & dump 'em in RA3, they copied all the voices they wanted, without checking what WW cut, SO, the 2 "lost" tesla trooper voices are hidden away in the RA3 audio files.

ITESATF: "Congratulations, You've been discharged!"
ITESSEB: "Extra crispy!"

stick 'em in audio.bag, add them to soundmd,ini, and you're ready to go!
