It is more complex than BaseUnit, because it respects Owner, RequiredHouses, ForbiddenHouses, AIBasePlanningSide as well as SuperWeapon and [AI] BuildTech.

One can introduce weird behavior quite easily just by giving the shipyard a disableable super weapon. With disallowed SWs either the crash is back, or a house starts to build an other shipyard than usual.

@digitalmisfit: House Skynet cannot build a shipyard, because no AIBasePlanningSide matches. And BORGSHOCK is not added to the [Warheads] list.
