The automobile from TS always reminded me of the highwayman from Fallout 2. So I edited it a bit trying to bring this great vehicle to TS, think it fits in well with the post-apocalyptic (well, post-tiberium) feel of TS. I'm definitely not a voxel artist, but this should fit in with the default Westwood civilian voxels.

I heard that he had some personal problems. Ever since, I can only him appearing once. And from then on, I never saw him.
