Does the Freeware version of TibSun is modable as the original ones?

TAKE NOTE! It doesn't mean't that i will quit modding RA2, I just want to make sure that Freeware TibSun is still the same as the original one and can be modded for my future projects!

Why wouldn't it be... you think they'd go to effort to make it non-moddable for freeware release, this is EA we are talking of, they are borderline lazy Laughing
