How can I grab an RA2 skirmish loading screen?

All that I'd like is the 'Great Britain' Sniper load screen, but I am finding it very difficult to grab, any ideas?

ls800ukingdom.shp located in RA2>load.mix
looks like it uses the mpls.pal. That can be found in RA2>cache.mix>mpls.pal

There ya go. Mixer, ra2md.mix -> localmd.mix, selct shp search out the palette in the View-> Palet option, then open the middle panel, select destination... right click on loadscreen, Copy as PNG.
