my game crashes after i builded ten buildings and i get this message can someone help me?

Check first where you post stuff. Hyperpatch Suggestions and Bugs topic was not the right place (like posting questions in the tutorial forum).

Überprüfe zuerst wo du Posts erstellst. Hyperpatch Suggestions and Bugs Topic war nicht der richtige Ort (genauso wenig wie Fragen im Tutorials forum zu erstellen)

concerning your crash. I doubt anyone can help you with this, as the infos you provided are almost useless. If you have an except.txt file in your TS folder, then you should upload this file. Though it's most probably a modding mistake of yours which crashed the game.
You most probably made a mistake when you've added the new stuff. Read the newbie guide in modding, especially point 3.
