I was thinking...using the infos from the Flame units and Paradrop posts recently would it be possible to do napalm from the spyplane as a gas cloud (thanks to whoever said that i cant remember) with the [fire] WH and flameguy anims?
i was thinking that the gas spawning thingy could spawn a dummy unit like XCOMET with no image that has a suicide weapon based on the gas cloud creator that uses the flame particle system to create a fireball along the ground.

Why don't you just add a Trailer= to the plane's voxel and try it out?

Sometimes the plane goes over your or your allies base, fine for testing though.

ok i have tried to get the plane to spawn a fire stream but it wont work and the other idea i had (paradrop bombs that explode with fire on impact) wouldnt work either.

don't parabombs use a deathweapon?

You could simply add FIRE3 back (i.e. delete the comments and use a ra2 converted version) and give the warhead fire=yes or simply add a fire anim to AnimList for the deathweapon WH, now make sure the anim damage damage and give some spread to the WH, apply to the paradrop and voila.

I have no idea about turning the spyplane into such a weapon though.
