I f*cked up somehow. As son as I click the "Start Game" button, the game crash no matter what team I pick.

It is true that AITeamDelas is =0,0,0. But I have had that for years and is not causing this IE.
To be 100% sure, I changed it and the damn IE still occurs.

Edit: Resolved this after I saved the ini file in ANSI encoding(was previously UTF-Cool.

No, do not do zero team delays, or that low it actually creates lag and usually has side effect of crowding the base with units that never go anywhere as didn't finish construction of the attack team in time given such rapid rate to construct always a new team and some teams are abandoned from finishing as meets the timer set for doing so.

Having 0,0,0 will most likely make the AI try to make multiple teams at once making it crap all over itself. But to me it sounds possibly like a starting unit problem.
