If I wanted to bring say music from Tiberium Wars, Red alert 3, or game from another genre into my TS mod, would I be violating copyright by distributing that music with the mod?

Just so you know, I hate all this copyright b.s.

As long as your not aiming to sell your mod or claim you created the soundtrack (sounds stupid but some people in past have done that) its fine.

EA are quite fond of modding since it means more sales which means more money for them so just don't try to sell your mods or say you own any material from EA or other people
