you need the other one by DCoder....that error is something you get when you use Vista or Win 7....let me find the link....it was made for ME or XP

Dcoder's morhped editor works for me on 3 of my windows 7 64bit systems, but you can try this editor. The creator of said editor, seems to have gone AWOL tho, leaving the project unfinished.

Also if you got an old XP cd key sticker clunking around you can use an xp mode image file to run windows xp on your system.

Virtualbox and a "copy of Windows XP" will suffice the same. That's what I do when I need to run XP only applications.

Fix: click right-mouse and choose "Run as Admin". IF AI Editor doesn't open, click it again until AI Editor open:D
