DCoder has finally released an alpha version of the version 2 of the AI Editor he's working on. It's based on the first AI editor he made, but the interface was heavly improved and he added some other features. The program is not finished yet and your feedback can make the following versions to be much better, so check it out and make your AI editing for both Tiberian Sun and Red Alert 2 easier. Here's a screenshot of a slightly old version... but it should be similar to the current one:
