Hi all,

I have been searching through all my old files and I remember cleaning up this rulesmd file, Removing all the tags and separating things into categories and tech levels.

I felt that it may benefit people its completely unchanged as far as I can tell I don't see any changes than Vanilla YR so enjoy.
If you use it you may credit me or not I'm not really fussed as its only a clean up, did take a while but worth it.

EDIT: I just tested some things, Soviet build their Nuclear Reactor, AI's build service Depo, Super Weapons are on weather or not they're toggled & Yuri doesn't build walls around his Super Weapons.
I have added an updated version with all the fixes I listed above.

Something I also noticed, I think this Rulesmd has the UMP fixes applied.

You've missed a tag. PParatrooper=E1. Should've been Paratrooper=E1 or just put a dummy for it cause it's unused AFAIK.
And IMO you could group the veins stuff with the visceroid. Grouping for firestorm stuff.
Remove these. They don't even exist in the exe.

Had a long run through this file a removed loads of redundant entry's and fixed some formatting.
