It's a WIP at the moment. I still have a lot of work to do in terms of details, but I've got the basic shape laid out. I would deeply appreciate in-depth feedback!

very nice and interesting design.

Things to improve.
-windows size consistent (it has a wider column on the right)
-windows a bit higher than wide (would look better imo)
-windows either via bumpmap or as extruded mesh to look slightly intruded
-bottom windows not cut in half. let the windows start with full ones on the ground
-if left window and right window is halved, move the texture so it fits to give another full window
-entrance/exit area
-concrete plates texture diagonal on diagonal surfaces (bumpmap to give the joints a bit more contrast to the plates)
-some bigger vents on the side (maybe even an animated fan) and a few smaller ones on the front

-above the big angular window front, one of the 3 smaller window stripes could be changed into some kind of balcony or observation platform. A well/realistic dimensioned railing there, could also give a better feeling of the size of this tower.

I greatly appreciate your input, LKO!

Edits I've made:
-Fixed window size problem (all same size now)
-Windows are now proper proportions, representing each floor height (about 3.2m).
-Used bump map to extrude window panes.
-added front entrance.
-I added something similar to what you suggested. How's this, a large, opened-windowed viewing room or conference room. Smile

To address your other issues,
-The "halved" windows are difficult to fix, but I've moved some around. Others are difficult to move the gizmo because the entire texture map for the object is tied to it.
-The "plates" on the concrete is actually one giant building texture, tiled (1Lx1Wx5H). To keep consistent, I tied all the UVW maps together. When rendered from a distance, it's not too noticeable.
-Vents? there are no vents. The large blank spaces on the side will feature signage. There will be "roof junk", though, such as HVAC systems, antennae, elevators, even a suite & two landing pads.

eyegasm. Surprised

now it only needs a heliport on the roof and a water fountain in front of the stairs.

ok I'm going to say what I have to say to a lot of newcomers to 3d modelling: learn to use specular & gloss.

Good job man. Maybe I'd make the logos on the building (not the ones on the flags) a bit smaller, but I guess they work like this as well.

It seems incredibly thin on the side #Tongue

Other than that, I love it.
