I am new to this kind of thing so could someone please tell me how to add new colours to my skirmish on yuri's revenge, I am using the first decade although I could uninstall that and use an actual yuri's revenge game, If you could give me a step by step that would be great as i can't find any helpful information anywhere else and I also cannot find my RULES.INI ....

EDIT: I also have NPatch.

Check NPatch manual, everything you need to know is there.
You must download the MDK, available at the site.

It said

The colors in the menus' dropdown lists can be customized to your pleasure.
Simply add the following section somewhere in the rulesmd.ini:

I cannot find the "Rulesmd.ini" =/

Download XCC Mixer, and then search(CTRL+F) for rulesmd.ini.
Put it in your RA2 directory, so the game can find it when it starts.
