What I found out was by editing the voxel bounds... but what about a voxel that has lots of sections? Is there a way to downsize them all at once?

nope, u have to resize them one by one, from hull to turret then barrels.

u will need an calculator to get the particular amount of them, like 80% of the RA2 size.
