I am thinking about a SW give us money every minute with Money.Amount=, but I don't know which Type this SW should be and how can we made it reload without firing it?

Yep, Type can be anything, since NoTarget disables targeting logics and you essentially end up with a money sw.

Not quite. NoTarget just fires the SW at location 0,0 without selecting any valid unit or building. If a Lightning Storm fires there, it shouldn't be possible to fire another LS until the last one is gone.

The best type for now would be a sonar with a small range. Or a Generic Warhead (with valid Warhead and Damage).
