im a little bit rusty #Tongue can someone tell me the factors that affect the smoke trail that is attached to the debris are? cause debris on my mod doesnt leave trail anymore dont know what exactly i did to override it. i alredy tried adding Trail= to the art but no effect i think it might have something to do with the Particlesystems or something in the [General] section help?

TrailerAnim - the animation to use for the debris trailer.
TrailerSeperation - spacing of the trailer animation. Values below 1 or not specifying this will crash the game (this might've been fixed in Ares IIRC).

I don't really recommend using TrailerAnim on debris though. It's one of the largest causes of lag in the game, albeit not really constant. Something in the combination of moving debris and usage of TrailerAnim (which does not work the same way as Trailer=, that only works on Aircraft and Projectiles) causes immense performance drop, especially in numbers or if the trailer animation is large. Maybe it's the fact that the parent animation is constantly changing it's coordinates.

All smaoke trails are affected by the art.ini if you want more smoke you need the rate of smoke to be very,very small.

bewarned however this will slow down the game. in multiplayer and lan play.

Also the speed of the projectile allso has a big impact on how the debris act.
slower speeds have greater smoke generally speaking.

ive tried adding the TrailerAnim= and TrailerSeperation to the debris in artmd.ini also but nothing happens...nothing shows up at all like if the TrailerAnim wasnt there :/

EDIT: Solved. Problem was due to LaunchBase Failing to copy some files to the game folder :/
