We officially announce that... we are now accepting RA2 maps and Generals maps! Yesterday we've opened the RA2 Map Archive and the Generals Map Archive. They accept maps made for the original and expansion games they cover. Submit your maps, get some feedback, improve your mapping skills, get a fanbase and if the map is good enough, it can get spotlighted! RA2 Map Archive already has one map, but the Generals Map Archive has no maps yet. WP submited another map some months ago, but unfortunatelly, the attachments from the month he posted were all lost, so there's only one map at RA2 Map Archive.

So, the big difference between submitting a map here and to any other fan site is that you get feedback. And we welcome any sort of constructive feedback. Constructive feedback helps people to improve their mapping skills by showing better ways to design maps or avoid mistakes or even get more original without killing the ballance or gameplay of the map.

But it's important that, when you submit a map, please, provide some screenshot of the minimap or the radar of the map or anything that makes it attractive for users to download it. It's important for people, to know what they are downloading.
