Is it possible to get a list of all the attachments i've uploaded? I search a gif i once uploaded, but can't find it anymore between the thousands of posts.

Goto your member profile (find your name at the bottom of the page or via the members list) and click the attachment list. It shows how much of your quota you have used too.
