I am using an original TS tiberium SHP wich (unlike Ore) have a shadow frames. However, in-game shadow seems to be drawn wrong. Does anyone knows what causing this glitch or how this can be fixed? I'd like solve this before starting work on my tiberium gfx.

several people said this about the tiberium in TS too, but this is the first time i can see the glitch that clear.

Maybe the engine uses the wrong index in the shadow frames, so you have for example for a stage 1 tiberium a stage 2 shadow.(adding/removing some frames to/from the shadowframes would fix it very fast)
But it could be also a simple offset bug and the shadow only needs to be moved a bit in the SHP to fit again.

For debugging you could create a test tiberium shp which has numbers from 1-12 for the frames and matching outlines of the numbers in the shadow frame.
Then you can see more clearly ingame which frame is displayed for normal/shadow and if they are misaligned or use a wrong index.

Are you sure the Shadows have their own Frames? (I.E: 5 Image Frames + 5 Shadow Frames)

Absolutely. SHP looks fine in preview in XCC mixer.

I have seen it fixed there at PPM, but can't remember by whom, when and where.

I believe the issue was something silly like the wrong shadow frame coresponding to the tiberium. It was a classic WW fuckup, anyway.

You can see it in the image, there a shadows for tiberium pods which don't exist in that variant of the shp.

And the shadow frames have the pixels colored in color number 1?

Also i'm not sure but have you added Shadow=yes on all the Art Entries of the Tiberium in Artmd?

Okay. I ve made a debug SHP. Its have a digits 1-12 instead tib image and same for shadow frames (1-12). Result is very interesting. It seems like tiberium not using its own shadows at all.

huh? that's strange.
Looks like the shadows are used from a different tiberium patch. Maybe all use TIB01 shadow frames combined with their own normal frames. Though that would be really strange.

Is this error true for all tiberiumtypes, or only for Riparius? Maybe Vinifera, Arboreus and Cruentus are different rendered and work fine.

This are TIB01 and TIB02. However i havnt noticed any other patch with digits in shadow.

I am not sure what type is [GEM01] but all of these have same glitch.

The same happens in TS.
Since tiberium is randomly placed, it's hard to tell which patch is using which shadow.

WTF. I've known this problem for ages, but I never thought it would persist in RA2 as well.

I recommend you just remove the shadows altogether, as Tiberium emits a slight glow in itself.
