I want spawn 1 unit, then 30 second he will kill himseft. Someone help me !!!

AttachEffect comes into my mind as an option. I doubt you can time particles... best you can do is to put an AE onto it which slowly kills him under that 30 sec.

-create alternate warfactory that produces only this special unit (or create the unit via FreeUnit from a building)
-let warfactory/building attack friendly units in close range, which is in this case the build unit or freeunit (make sure the range is set small enough to be able to attack only this new unit and no other unit)
-give the weapon a short emp-effect, so the emp-sparks anim appears on the unit
-modify the emp-sparks anim so it plays for exactly 30seconds. Use Next= to switch to a new dummy animation once the sparks anim is finish. Give the new dummy animation a high damage to instantly kill the unit

\EDIT
much easier alternative:
give the unit Ammo=1 and a dummy weapon with Range=255 and Damage=0
give the dummy weapon Anim=TIME30SEC

in art.ini add 2 new anims: TIME30SEC and KILLUNIT.
TIME30SEC is invisible and plays for exactly 30 seconds (use Rate key and the Start End keys to adjust the amount of frames and the speed at which the anim plays, to get the 30 seconds). Give this animation Next=KILLUNIT.
Give the KILLUNIT anim enough damage to kill the unit.

This is how it works: The unit will shoot the weapon automatically right after it's build. The muzzleflash anim follows a unit by default and in this case will play the invisible anim TIME30SEC which will switch to the KILLUNIT anim after 30 seconds, which then kills the unit.

Don't forget to add the animations to the Animations list in rules.ini.
