This is a remake colors version of Ra3 Hammer Tank that i have done . I downloaded it from other people on ppmsite . But after remade , i had some problem :

the North face , North - East face , South face and South - West face were dark like the allow picture. Can anyone help me to make them more bright Sad

Hmm... Normals are borked. I couldn't really be more specific, but autonormalising the voxel will fix that problem (simultaneously producing a new problem).

That's the horror with the normals which are set to be brighter on the side than on top.
To fix that you can
a) give the top a brighter texture (but that would look odd when the unit somehow rolls/tilts to the side so it will get even brighter)
b) draw the normals by hand and give the top areas normals which are actually supposed to be used for sides
c) edit the vpl to fix the lighting in general

Voxel has obviously been mirrored without bothering to set correct normals for the newly mirrored side. If you used autonormals, just apply autonormals again and it fixes the darkness issue.

Reopen it and continue in that case. Save and reopen often, that clears memory used by the history Ctrl-Z portion.

How much RAM/system memory do you have on your machine? I can't really think of any other reason for that error except running out of system memory. That, or attempting to run it with ridiculous smoothing settings. It does not really help that the miner voxel has been resized by 2x at some point.

Well, just this once I attached a renormalized version of the cmin.vxl. Dunno how it looks in-game though, but it should've fixed that normals issue at very least.

blah, don't resize voxels. only as the last move if it's that needed, otherwise it's a haywire to fix and yea can hit your PC's limits.
