Some of the most voices found in RA3 Beta.
I guess they were once in RA2 because there converted for it.

Update
added the SFX and fixed the names
SFX is in higher quality but according to the original name there from RA2
It turns out some of the dog sounds are in RA2 after all, there idog___

Two dog barks

Soviet engineer
"Need a repair?"

Well I think last one is Desolator's voice not Dreadnought.
And I do not think its Kirov voice either, its more like Sniper's voice. Anyway, good to have them!

I've seen all the rest but I haven't seen the Dog ones before (Probably I was too focused on something else)

Dog ones was probably scrapped since it almost sounded similar to the one currently in vanilla but yeah I guess...

Though you can easily mix the RA1 Dog Barks in as well to the Attack Dogs in RA2.

The Last one seems to be for Desolator. Seeing its bitrate I assume it was used for the Campaign Stuff similar to the one for the Easter Egg Psi Commando in that one Allied Mission which said "Perhaps I could be of Assistance" and "Perhaps they need some gentle persuasion"

By the way you missed the Terror Drone Attack Sound.

vwas___ are soviet ship voices.
vkir___ are kirov voices.

Well most of the Soviet Units share the same Voice Actor so it all depends up to you. But the Dreadnought one is really more close to the Desolator.

Kirov Voice is well... still sounds Kirov. I just added it back then to the kirov's crash voices anyway...

I may also use them., better to have them anyway.
However, I wasn't never impressed with Engineer sounds for all three factions.

Nope, neither is broken. It's just LZMA... now I could check... Win7 or XP can't open that.

Use a proper decompressor (Total Commander or 7Zip).

Meh I have RA3 anyway so I have them ripped myself as well. Here's a nice little "fix" on Unit Voices for RA2 though. Some people might not like this approach but this is I assume how I would fix the Unit lines in Vanilla YR.

Code:

VoiceDeploy is a sound that is played to the Player when they manually deploy an individual unit (Pressing the hotkey won't play the lines) This adds a little touch to units in my opinion.

Add the following to your soundmd.ini list
xx=DesolatorDeployVoice
xx=GIDeployVoice

In Rulesmd.ini

In the following units add the following tags to each unit.
Demolition Truck - VoiceDeploy=DemoTruckAttackCommand
Desolator - VoiceDeploy=DesolatorDeployVoice
GI - VoiceDeploy=GIDeployVoice
Guardian GI - VoiceDeploy=GuardianGIDeployVoice

With this minor tweaks units will use some appropriately themed lines for their deploy command.

CnC3 uses some Generals,Red Alert 2 Sounds (usually the vehicle move sounds but for the placeholders and they didn't remove)

Nope. Afaik RA3 also uses some sounds from Battle for Middle Earth. (Saruman Orc Firebombs are the Conscript/Mortar Quad Molotov Throw Sounds)
