Airforce Command problems
I was making an airforce command for the soviets, but I encountered several problems:
a) the artwork of the airforce command won't show up
b) when built, I cannot construct aircrafts

Are the files named as NXAIRC? (where X is the terrain-dependant character?)

okay, the building showed up, but there's still 2 more problems, first, the bib won't show, and second, I put NAAIRC in PrerequisiteRadar list, but I still cannot build my airplane QUICK_EDIT

Okay, it worked, but there's still one more problem. I got 6 docks in the airforce command, but one of the 6 planes refuses to land, why did that happen? QUICK_EDIT
