Also take note that without NPatch/Ares, you can't change the colors on the menu screen.

NPExt should work. NPatch too, it's only the installer which might not.

Dunno Ares, but IMO it worths a try, Win2000 and XP SP2 support IIRC fell unto the same kernel, and MSVC2010 might still go well with it.

Well, Apollo, I'm not mad on him... but surprised, since I never knew RA2 can run on a WinNT...

XP ofc won't count since it was made with Win9X compat in mind...

Red Alert 2 was made during the XP Era...

Its like your also trying to install for example... Torchlight on Windows 95... Laughing

There is some troubles during install. Will try again without hope on success.
NPatch 1.00 installed now. Tell me the best way how to ensure that it is ready to use?
