Vehicle series: 4 of 4.

This is my take on the Phase transport.
I had looked at both the in-game version and the cameo, and had decided that I would use an M113 variant has a base to design my Phase transport (because I have near zero creative ability).

I had found the M192, and decided that it had a close enough look to the in-game Phase transport.
While I was gathering reference images, I stumbled upon an image of a hellfire launching M113. Just from viewing the thumbnail I knew that I had found my ideal base for my Phase transport.

Further research showed that the vehicle in question was a one-of-a-kind prototype, that never saw production (this was even better, has the Phase design would be a combination of two one-of-a-kind prototypes).
There was no blueprint, but that was no big deal, a M113 blueprint could be used and the turret and launcher could be modelled freehand.

I decided before modelling that I wanted there to be some kind of visible link between my Phase transport and Nod's first Stealth tank.
This was for a few reasons:
1. It bothered me personally that the allies had a stealth vehicle with an internal phase array (or at least an non-visible external array), and yet Nod, despite basing there vehicle on the Phase transport, did not manage to produce a Stealth vehicle without a highly visible external array until the 3rd Tiberium war (again a counter argument could be that the extra internal space meant that the allied engineers were able to build an internal array, although then you have to ask how it could still function has a transport).

2. Simply taking an existing vehicle and claiming it has some magnificent sci-fi  tech, without any visible explanation would irritate me.

3. It was just more interesting for me from a creative point of view.

I will probably make the tracks dark grey (I had made them mostly the same colour has the body, which is something I got from M113 images).

I will add some extra images in another post for reference.

I like how you used C&C 1 concept of stealth tank with those crystal's on wheels to use here for stealth tank

Was there ever an original? The RA1 one was only an unimaginative mixture of the Destroyer missile turret with an ordinary APC.

This baby here however is really cool. I really like the stealth effect and how the different parts were combined to one nice new unit.
Also impressive amount of small details.
Great job Madin.

With "original" i meant a new unit, not a combination of other parts. e.g. a buggy chassis with a mammoth turret wouldn't be a "new unit" too from my point of view. Wink
