What am I doing wrong with my new graphic?

I've been trying to figure it out myself, to no avail. I recently downloaded a voxel of a Allied Gunship and decided to give it a whirl. I downloaded the voxel and the hva and put them in the game directory. Then I went to the Art. ini and put the entry in(copying the soviet siege chopper to make it easier)

For example

[AGNSHP] ; Allied Gunship
Cameo=SCHPICON
Voxel=yes
UseBuffer=yes
Remapable=yes
PrimaryFireFLH=200,0,250
SecondaryFireFLH=200,0,250

Curious enough, when I go to test its still a blank cameo and crashes when built. I go to check the Art. ini and for whatever reason, its gone despite the fact I saved it. I'm not sure if its a glitch or something else I'm missing.

Try inserting the codes again and remove UseBuffer=yes. Make sure the voxel's name is identical with the one in art.
