Nice video... so thats probably the only image we have of the Original Landing Craft which still used the CanBeach Flags...

Kinda wish we also had the Beta Voices too...

While in the topic of PreRA2...

Do you guys have the voxels of the Landing Craft,Hydrofoil & Tracked IFV?

I figure it would be way easier to redo their voxels with some actual voxel reference than using a blurry youtube video...

The hydrofoil is at YR:ARG, the landing craft is lost,as for the tracked IFV i have a few lossless screenshots of that in

I've already made a Corkscrew myself. But its in Release style though.

Honestly I think there should be some stuff which should be skipped on beta style. (I.E: Soviets having way more Team color on their Voxel Units)

Yes, it does.

The DVD has a werkfilm made with no significant people tho, showcases some well-known renders of some (there's like 5-6 from RA2) old concept arts with OST music playing, a trailer of TFD, shots from community-made videos with stupid narrating and a credits.

I have bought that. It has nothing interesting.

Actually tfd did have a few art's but on the tfd website but only the Black Eagle is rare, i added the links to the TS renders because they are in really good image quality.

Tried an experiment, removing an shadow from from the conyard crane using the same method i use for the text bars on cameos  Very Happy

Soviet Attack Dog cameo

not exactly the same as the original because of the camera angle of the render, in the original the camera is like and small animal standing quite near and looking at the dog but whatever i'm not going to draw a dog just because of a 60x48 image, background custom, added the shadow which was missing in the original and snow impressions.
Laughing WW the Allied German Shepard is missing an eye and mouth and the nose  Confused
Allied Attack Dog cameo

Final's BG with beta style colors, added the eye,nose, mouth and a tongue while i was at it Very Happy
These are some of the cameos im looking for, i have the tesla trooper and obviously the conscript is in the mix'es already.

I love the team color.  Would you mind if I recolored that voxel a bit to give it such a scheme?

Mevitar's corkscrew that he made for me was good, but some of the proportions are a bit weird.

Let's make a delivery!

Used the render that is in Libya's load screen, custom background,added shadow, dust clouds around the wheels and tire tracks Very Happy

Used a digitally restored screenshot to restore 2 missing rows of pixels the sides so most of the missing pixels are almost like the original, de-bluring algorithms are pretty awesome stuff

Restored a lot of missing pixels, fixed a few of WW goof ups

Found my extremely old fixed E3 first demo map and a few other maps, attached it in case anyone want's to play around, but the only real use for it is to test everything that is ingame, and to look for changes comparing it to the E3 videos.

The only changes i did today is i changed the Kirov's state harmless so they don't run of and destroy everything in their path and added the Allied Naval Yard, other than that is the same map that was at E3, just copy paste in RA2 folder and start the Soviet campaign

It's not that hard to make vehicle cameos, open them in VXL viewer, turn off the background, zoom in, take a screenshot, paste in image editor, kill the BG, scale it down (with Bicubic Sharper if possible to get that WW pixel style) and slightly paint it over with a brush, that's how i did the Apocalypse in the 9 page(probably would look better if i had actually made an effort Embarassed )

I didn't ripped anything without permission. I was simply praising your work for the cameos you made.

Of course I know how to make cameos as well too, but my skill at making cameos is not great yet and it will require me to practice a lot on perfecting the cameos which I'm willing to do it.

Easy folks. This is not a render but photoshop edit of vanila WF. Just one single frame, It have been sent to Dasfonia year ago but apparently Team PreRA2 havn't found any use for it.

You could have sent it to me instead maybe some things could be usefull but yeh I already did it,all left to do are the remapped walls and some color decontaminations and buildup.
The panels underneath the boilers are remapped in the beta and the panel under the tower is the same hue as the tower the roof is the same over brightened final one.
Story for the spelling mistakes if any typing on a phone is hard.
I will post a pic a bit later, watching TV.

Besides the buildup its almost done, just need to decontaminate the color on the sides under the boilers and fix the remap on the back.

I might me just me but chrome roof feels wrong because of gates, wich are painted black.

They are black in the final in the beta they are purplish but the blueish ones look better, i can change the roof but it depends on how many people prefer a custom roof not a an accurate remake.

Besides buildup both WF's are done, Soviet Refinery and maybe naval yard up next.
Should the crane be beta style too?

I already recolored every frame of the crane but imo it looks rusted

Some progress on the soviet refinery.

Some shadows have been removed, obviously the front including the conveyor belt are custom, a lot of the colors aren't pure thus they are contaminated, the fake snow isn't helping ether
In the event of impossibility to restore using the original as much as possible i have an backup plan that can be seen on the right,
those are reconstructed shapes of every single troublesome parts, so basically make those parts from scratch like i did with the whole battlelab i posted a pic a few pages back Razz

In the original mission there was an optional objective to destroy it, interestingly in the beta the first Soviet mission was to garrison the Pentagon not to destroy it like in the final.
Also WW shopped out them from the box art replacing them with the Chrysler and Empire State building
