Commander-In-Chief Dethro Tull of the Global Response Force beckons you to report to Central Command. My inactive status has been repealed, and I am, at this point, resuming leadership with my counterpart in the WPL forces, Wisdomius. All of you other uber-lieutenants should come and see what is going on.

REPEAT: Forces united underneath certain renegade commanders (whose names shall not me mentioned in case they are tracing this) attacked, but we were able to contain the contagion, with minimal losses.
